A well-stocked supermarket is located right next door for ultimate convenience. On-street parking is available around the complex. 

Access: Two secure gated entrances serve the upper Atalaya complex with parking at both. The rear entrance offers direct street-level access, 6 minutes walk from seafront (slightly uphill return), with 15 steps down and 16 steps up to the apartment. The front entrance is 3 minutes flat walk from seafront, involving 65 staggered steps. 

The central location is exceptional – the Casino at the centre of Puerto del Carmen's seafront promenade is just 3 minutes flat walk, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. Playa Grande, Puerto del Carmen's golden expanse of beach, is 7 minutes walk.
