The south-west facing balcony is a paradise for sun worshippers! Enjoy the sun until late while relaxing with a drink or book, admiring the view of the well-kept garden and swimming pools below. 

The combination of south-west orientation and elevated third-floor position ensures maximum sunshine throughout the day. The complex features three sparkling swimming pools set in beautiful gardens. 

The garden is fully wheelchair accessible and includes a separate children's pool for little ones, plus a hoist in the pool for accessibility. The well-maintained grounds create a tranquil, resort-like atmosphere perfect for relaxation. 

The fully-equipped modern kitchen offers all possibilities to prepare delicious home-made meals. Free WiFi and international TV channels keep you connected and entertained. Air conditioning and heating are available for a small extra charge, ensuring pleasant stays in every season. 

Two spacious lifts make the apartment easily accessible, even with prams or wheelchairs. Safe, free parking is available at the back of the building (please note: in July and August parking cannot be guaranteed due to high season demand).

The beautiful beach is just 50 metres away, while the town centre is 10 minutes walk. For trips to nearby towns, train station and bus stop are within walking distance, allowing easy exploration of the Costa del Sol. The airport is approximately 20km away. On-site manager support is available during your stay. Key collection takes place at the apartment, and airport taxi booking can be arranged if desired. Please note: €50 surcharge (cash to manager) for arrivals after 10:00 PM.

 For stays longer than 4 weeks, electricity is charged fairly based on meter readings. Winter stays over 4 weeks receive 25% discount.
