Discover Villa Valeria, a spacious and exceptionally well-equipped 4-bedroom family villa situated on a peaceful, private walkway in the flat Las Villas area in the centre of Puerto del Carmen, just off Av. Italia. 

This comfortable home-away-from-home is just 300 metres from the promenade, beach, shops, and restaurants, and only 10 minutes by taxi from the airport (under €20). 

The villa features 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 guests (maximum 6 adults and 2 children; children aged 2 and under do not count towards occupancy). 

All bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an attached bunk bedroom sleeping 2 children, plus two additional twin bedrooms. 

All 3 main bedrooms feature air conditioning and blackout curtains for comfortable rest. Please note: no air conditioning in the lounge area. Two bathrooms provide convenience – a shower room downstairs and a bathroom with bath upstairs. The fully-equipped kitchen on the upper floor includes fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, and Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine. 

A washing machine is located in the bunk bedroom, and iron and ironing board are provided. The south-facing sun terrace ensures the private pool (7m x 3m, depth 1.25-1.55m) enjoys sunshine all day. The pool is solar-heated from October to April. A convenient mini fridge with ice compartment is located downstairs for poolside refreshments. 

The upper terrace off the living room offers partial sea views, built-in BBQ, and al-fresco dining table and chairs – perfect for outdoor entertaining while enjoying the Lanzarote climate. Villa Valeria is exceptionally family-friendly, featuring cot and high chair (cot linen provided – please advise at booking), children's toys and play mat, plastic plates, bowls, cups and cutlery, and stair gate fitted upstairs off the lounge area. 

Beach towels, hairdryer, and security deposit box are provided. Entertainment includes Smart TV with multiple UK TV channels, movies and sports, DVD player with 50 DVD movies, and unlimited broadband internet with speeds up to 300mb/sec. The prime central location on a peaceful private walkway offers the best of both worlds – tranquil residential setting yet just 300 metres (5 minutes walk) from Puerto del Carmen's promenade, beautiful beach, shops, and restaurants. 

The flat Las Villas area makes walking easy for families with children and pushchairs. Important information: Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the villa. Minimum age of lead booker is 25. No stag/hen parties. No pets. There are a few steps up to the villa, so it is not suitable for wheelchair users. V
