The kitchen opens to a laundry area with washing machine and clothes airer. The villa features 3 comfortable bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests: a ground-floor double bedroom with adjacent newly refurbished shower room (walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin), plus two upstairs bedrooms – one with king-size bed and one with two single beds – sharing a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. 

All bedrooms have good wardrobe space, fans, quality lighting, and mirrors. Duvets are provided in winter. The upstairs terrace is a highlight, furnished with a comfortable sofa and table, offering stunning views of the Ajache mountains – a glorious place to relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the spectacular scenery. Outside living is often the highlight of a Lanzarote holiday, and Villa Zinnia's large terrace space is superbly designed for outdoor enjoyment. 

The heated private pool (year-round heating, with cover) is surrounded by 6 modern sun loungers. The extensive terrace features a comfortable sofa, traditional Canarian BBQ, and table and chairs perfectly positioned under a retractable awning for shaded dining. Pool towels are provided.

 Thoughtful extras include hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safety deposit box (free to use), free WiFi, and a generous welcome pack with water, wine, beers, juice, biscuits, tea, and coffee. Parking is available directly outside the villa.
